privacy policy

 

1. Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR) (Official Journal UE L 119, p. 1), respecting your privacy and ensuring that you know who and how is processing your personal data, we present information that will help you determine it.

 

2. The administrator of your personal data is Stowarzyszenie Moje Nowosiółki with its seat in Wasylów 67, 22-652 Telatyn. You can contact the administrator at the following e-mail address: mojenowosiolki@yahoo.com.

 

3. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR")

 

4. The Association processes the data provided by users in internet forms, eg contact form, competition form, registration form. These data are displayed on the above forms and completed by users themselves.

 

5. In addition, in connection with the operation of the website, the Association processes the so-called Internet data that contextually to the service may include the following information: visited places, information about the end device or browser, including its location, time of visit and user activity on websites managed by the Association, attributes of marketing campaigns, address of the source of input that sent the user to monitored website.

 

6. The Association stores personal data for no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, unless applicable law requires an extension of this period (eg tax settlements, pursuing claims, complaint procedures). As a rule, we delete or anonymize internet data after a period of 90 days. The data contained in cookies are stored for an average of 60 days with the exceptions described in the cookie policy.

 

7. Depending on the purpose and method of providing personal data, they are processed by the Association on one of the following legal grounds:

a.consent of the data subject (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR) - this basis applies, inter alia, to when you contact the Association using the online form or select consent to the processing of your personal data in the selection box;

b.processing is necessary to perform the contract or take action before concluding the contract at the request of the data subject (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR) - this basis applies, for example, when you use services provided under a contract concluded in the manner express or implied (e.g. by immediate execution of it);

c. processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR) - this basis is used, for example, in the implementation of competitions;

d. processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or a third party (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR) - this basis includes, inter alia, activities in the field of own marketing of the Company, unless it has obtained a separate consent of the user for this purpose. In addition, internet data is processed for the purpose of detecting and preventing abuse in the telecommunications network, as well as for analytical purposes. We combine your data with information about other users to prepare analyzes and reports, thanks to which we can optimize our services. Such information allows us, for example, to better adjust the functionality of the services offered to the needs of users, plan the capacity of our network, make decisions regarding the development of our software offer and constantly improve service processes.

 

8. Your personal data related to participation in projects implemented by us include: name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address, and in some cases also the name of the organization in which you work. They will be processed for several different purposes, i.e. for the proper implementation of public tasks and for submission to a possible public task performance control by the grant giver.

 

9. You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, demand its removal or object to your special situation. You also have the right to request us to limit the processing of your data, as well as to transfer it. If you believe that your personal data will be processed contrary to the legal requirements, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Granting entities will be the recipient of your personal data. The administrator is responsible for the processing of your data. As part of data processing, we do not use methods of automated decision making, including profiling.

 

10. Currently, we do not intend to transfer your data to third countries.

 

11. Anyone who has provided the Association with their personal data has the right to request:

a.access to your personal data, pursuant to art. 15 GDPR, i.e. to obtain from the Association confirmation whether it processes personal data and the right to access this data (including a copy thereof), and in particular to the following information:

- about the purposes of data processing,

- about the categories of data processed,

- about the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the Association has disclosed or intends to disclose the data,

- about the possibility of exercising the rights in the field of personal data protection and the manner of their implementation,

- about the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority,

- about automated decision-making, including profiling, as well as its consequences;

b. rectify the data, pursuant to art. 16 GDPR, i.e. to request the Association to immediately rectify incorrect personal data and to request supplementing incomplete personal data;

c. deletion of data, pursuant to art. 17 GDPR, i.e. to request the Association to delete personal data immediately (also known as the "right to be forgotten"). The association is obliged to delete personal data, provided that one of the following conditions is met:

- personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected,

- the consent on which the processing is based has been withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for the processing, - the personal data has been processed unlawfully,

- personal data must be deleted in order to comply with the legal obligation. It is not possible to exercise the right to delete personal data, e.g. if the Association is obliged by law to further process personal data to the extent specified by applicable law or for the purposes necessary to establish, assert or defend claims;

d. restriction of data processing, pursuant to art. 18 GDPR, i.e. to request the Association to limit the processing of personal data in the following cases: - the user questions the correctness of the personal data processed by the Association - the processing of personal data is unlawful and the deletion of the data has been opposed, - the Association no longer needs personal data but they are needed by the user for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. If the right to limit the processing of personal data is exercised, the Association may process personal data, with the exception of their storage, only with consent or to establish, assert or defend claims or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person or for important reasons of interest public;

12. Cookies

The entity that places cookies on the user's end device and accesses them is Stowarzyszenie Moje Nowosiółki, which does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies. Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Portal User's end device (eg computer, smartphone, tablet) and are intended for using the Portal's websites. Cookies allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server that created them, i.e. in this case Stowarzyszenie Moje Nowosiółki. Cookies posted by the Association contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number.

 

13. The purposes for which cookies are used

The Association uses cookies for the purposes of:

a.adjusting the content of the Portal's websites to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the device of the website User  and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs;

b. creating statistics that help to understand how portal Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content;

c. remembering the interactions undertaken by the User, e.g. the answers given during the Internet surveys;

d. providing Users with advertising content more tailored to their interests.

 

14. Types of cookies

Due to the purpose of cookies, the following types are used on the website:

a.necessary cookies, enabling the use of services available on the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the website;

b. cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the website;

c. performance cookies, enabling the collection of information on how the website is used; 

d. functional cookies, enabling "remembering" the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User's interface, eg in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes, font size, website appearance, etc .;

e. statistical data for counting statistics on websites;

f. advertising cookies, enabling the delivery of advertising content to Users more tailored to their interests.

 

15. The end user may consent to the storage of cookies from the website on his end device using the settings of the software installed on the device used by him, eg laptop, tablet, smartphone.

 

16. In web browsers it is allowed to store cookies on the device used by the User by default. You can change cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the web browser or to inform about their every posting in the user's device of the website.  It is worth remembering that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the website. Each User has the option of changing the browser settings so that cookies are not saved on the User's end device. This functionality is available in the software (web browser) settings.

18. On the website  there may be redirections to websites owned and operated by external entities (such as: Facebook, Google+, YouTube, LinkedIn or Twitter). Third party websites have their own privacy policies and likely use cookies, so be sure to read these policies. The Association is not responsible for the content of cookies sent by other websites to which links are placed on the websites of the website.

19. The Portal's websites use the analytical and advertising systems listed below. If the User does not agree to the use of his personal data to improve the quality of the Portal's operation, he should go to the appropriate privacy tool and use the available options for managing privacy services.

 

20. The User, in order to exercise the rights referred to in Art. 15-20 of the GDPR, in relation to cookies, it also has the option of removing them by sending such a request to mojenowosiolki@yahoo.com along with additional information identifying it, i.e. with a number identifying cookies from the Association's domain left on the User's end device.
